Four management staff from CAAP are participating in UN Women Ethiopia’s annual Result-Based and Financial Management workshop for implementing partners and relevant stakeholders. The five-day workshop, held at Getfam Hotel in Addis Ababa, aims to strengthen the capacities of implementing partners by enhancing their understanding of UN Women’s rules and regulations for results-focused monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and finance and program audit requirements.
The workshop covers key topics such as Results-Based Management, Theory of Change, Outcome Harvesting, Partner Agreement Management, Reporting, Fraud Awareness, Project Audits, Procurement Principles, and Success Stories from the Strategic Note 2021-2025. Additionally, recommendations for the new Strategic Note 2025-2030 will be discussed.
