Impact

The project provided essential support to 1,500 displaced households (10,625 individuals), improving their access to shelter, household items, and WASH services. By rehabilitating water sources, constructing latrines, and distributing key hygiene and shelter items, the project reduced health risks and improved living conditions for vulnerable flood-affected populations. Beneficiaries also received critical support for shelter construction, hygiene education, and access to clean water, which significantly enhanced their resilience and dignity in the face of displacement. The capacity-building efforts, including training local water committees and hygiene promoters, will ensure long-term sustainability in the target communities.
